Throwing people in at the deep end may work, but we don’t believe it’s the best option when it comes to starting a new exercise program. We understand that if you’ve not exercised for a while, it can be a very daunting prospect.
To help overcome this issue, we have put together two different packages that will assist you to transition into regular classes seamlessly. Both options include a discounted 1-month trial to give you a real chance to experience how we train at Renew without locking you into a longer commitment.

The first option is to attend one of our beginner kettlebell workshops. These are suitable for all ability levels. Whether you have never touched a kettlebell before in your life, or if you want to brush up on the basics.
This 3-hour workshop will give you a brief introduction to the Original Strength system. It then explores the goblet squat, kettlebell swing, military press and Turkish get-up using gold standard Strongfirst principles.

WORKSHOP + 1 MONTH TRIAL
The second option is to sign up for a private PT session which will cover the same content as the beginner workshop. This session also includes a trial month of training.

You can also sign up for a beginner workshop as a stand-alone session. This option is great if you want to learn the basics, or brush up on your skills so that you can train at home or another gym.

You will leave the workshop or PT session with a sound fundamental understanding of the way we train at Renew Fitness. The trial month will let help you consolidate what you’ve learned. It will also allow you to test drive our training before you commit to a membership.
