In this 90-minute PT session, we will cover all of the content in the workshop.
- Introduction to the Original Strength movement restoration system
- Introduction to fundamental kettlebell exercises (goblet squat, kettlebell swing, Turkish get-up and military press)
- A one-month trial at Renew Fitness which includes unlimited semi-private and small group sessions.
