Classes (Semi-Private and Small Group)

All of our sessions can be quickly booked using the Mindbody App. All membership options have unlimited access which means you can book as many classes as you like (most people train 3-4 days per week).

Strong Lifts (6 people maximum)
Strong Lifts is a 1-hour semi-private strength and movement focused personal training session. 

Strength Camp (10 people maximum)
Strength Camp is a 30-minute small group strength and endurance session.

What’s Semi-Private Personal Training?

Semi-private personal training takes all of the benefits of private PT (i.e. individualised programming, high attention to detail, expert coaching) and delivers them at a fraction of the cost. Both our semi-private (Strong Lifts) and small group (Strength Camp) classes are capped at minimal numbers to ensure the highest standard of coaching.

Getting Stronger helps all areas of your life.

The goal of each session is to improve strength and movement quality because improving these qualities tends to improve all other areas of life as well. All fitness and ability (including those carrying injuries*) levels are welcome.

We train Monday to Friday as well as some Saturday’s and you can find our current schedule below.

*Doctors or allied health professionals approval will be required to train. We can work with or around almost any condition safely and get you moving.

Strong Lifts: 9.30 am, 4.30pm

Tuesday

Strength Camp: 5.30 am, 5.15 pm

Strong Lifts: 6 am, 9.30 am

Wednesday

Strength Camp: 6.30 am, 5.15 pm

Strong Lifts: 5.30 am, 9.30 am

Thursday

Strength Camp: 5.30 am, 5.15 pm

Strong Lifts: 6 am, 9.30 am

Friday

Strength Camp: 6.30 am

Strong Lifts: 5.30 am, 9.30 am

Saturday (twice per month to be announced)

Strength Camp Supercharged (45 min session): 8.45 am
