Private 1-hour PT Session (s)
Jumping into a group session can be intimidating if you haven’t trained in a while. By working with a private PT for the first week we can eliminate much of this anxiety.
With no-one else in the session, it speeds the learning process significantly. Private training also allows for a high level of personalisation to meet your goals.
You will also be introduced to the fundamental exercises that we use regularly, to ensure your transition into semi-private training will be a smooth one.
Private Strategy Session
The goal of this session is to determine where you are now, and the simplest way to move you toward where you want to be. Sit down with a highly qualified trainer and create the perfect plan that fits into your life. The session includes the following:
- Lifestyle and body analysis (Where are we now?)
- Goal setting (Where do we want to go?)
- Road map (How do we get there?)
- Original Strength Screen (see below)
You will leave this session with two or three strategies that you can plug in immediately to get fast results.
Original Strength Screen(OSSA)
The Original Strength Screen & Assessment (OSSA) is the world’s most effective human movement screen and functional assessment.
The screen provides a baseline view of how well connected an individual is and an overall look at their movement ability. The assessment portion then applies several developmental movements, or what we call RESET’s, that help determine a path to restoration, resiliency, and reflexive strength.

We will give you our most successful nutrition plan, taken from one of our challenges. If you choose to follow this plan it will provide you with fantastic body composition changes.

Private Nutrition Consultation
Diet and nutrition will either make or break a good exercise program. Receive an in-depth analysis of your current diet and be given practical, habit-based suggestions to move you toward your goals from a certified Precision Nutrition Coach.
We don’t believe in major diet overhauls because they simply don’t work for most people. Small changes over time have the greatest impact.
You will leave this session with one or two strategies that you can easily plug into your existing diet to improve it and your results.
Weekly accountability call
Once per week, you will receive a 15-minute accountability call to make sure you’re on track. The call can be via phone, messenger, or whatever suits you the best.
