Making "You" Strong First

You’ve completed your Fitness Kickstart package! Not only have you started to fall in love with the way your body is beginning to feel. You feel strong, your energy levels have increased, and those aches and pains aren’t quite so bad anymore. You are also excited to have met such a great community of like-minded people to share the journey with you.

Perhaps your workmates are starting to notice a change in you as well. They’re asking what your secret is? What diet are you following? You smile, knowing there is no secret, you’ve just found a way of training and eating that fits into your life.

Imagine how you’ll feel in 3-months, or a year, or ten years if you keep it up.That’s the key to success. Show up and keep showing up.

Below you will find our most recent schedule as well as membership options. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Session Types

  1. Strong Lifts (6 people max) is a 1-hour semi-private strength and movement focused personal training session.
  2. Strong Lifts Flex-time: Flexible start time early Wednesday and Friday mornings.
  3. Strength Camp (10 people max) is a 30-minute small group strength and endurance session.
  4. Gym & Tonic (G&T) is a weekly stretching and mobility class designed to make you feel good.
  5. Quick & Dirty (Q&D) is a fortnightly Friday afternoon session for those who want to get a quick workout in before the weekend.
  6. Open Gym Come in and complete your program at a time that suits you.
  7. Strength Express is a 20-minute full body session (including warm-up and cool-down) for those people who’s weeks are just too busy to fit in a full hour. Book it and attend at any time the Renew Fitness roller door is open.

  • Strong Lifts: 9.30 – 10.30 am
  • Strong Lifts: 4.30 – 5.30 pm
  • Strength Camp: 5.30 – 6 pm

Tuesday

  • Strength Camp: 5.30 – 6 am
  • Strong Lifts: 6  – 7 am
  • Strong Lifts: 9.30 – 10.30 am
  • Open Gym: 4.15 – 5.15 pm
  • Strength Camp: 5.15 – 5.45 pm 

Wednesday

  • Strong Lifts Flex-time: 5.15 – 5.30 am
  • Strong Lifts: 5.30 – 6.30 am
  • Strength Camp: 6.30 – 7 am
  • Open Gym: 7 – 8.30 am
  • Open Gym: 4.15 – 5.15 pm
  • Strength Camp: 5.15 – 5.45 pm

Thursday

  • Strength Camp: 5.30 – 6 am
  • Strong Lifts: 6 – 7 am
  • Strong Lifts: 9.30 – 10.30 am
  • Open Gym: 4.15 – 5.15 pm
  • Gym & Tonic: 5.15 – 6 pm

Friday

  • Strong Lifts Flex-time: 5.15 – 5.30 am
  • Strong Lifts: 5.30 – 6.30 am
  • Strength Camp: 6.30 – 7 am
  • Strong Lifts: 9.30 – 10.30 am
  • Quick and Dirty: 4.30 – 5 pm (runs fortnightly)

Saturday

  • Strong Lifts: 7 – 8 am
  • Strength Camp: 8 – 8.30 am

These sessions run fortnightly. Opposite fortnight to Quick and Dirty.

Memberships

All of our sessions can be quickly booked using the Mindbody App. All membership options have unlimited access which means you can book as many classes as you like (most people train 3-4 days per week).
