Love love love training here. There’s no egotism, you get great support and motivation plus the laughs. I have never been into going to the gym because of my fear of ridicule but at Renew Fitness everyone just gets on with it and with each other. I’ve met some great people including trainer Pete who never gives up on any of us even when I am going through an “I can’t get up at that time to go to the gym” phase.
