I don’t consider myself a fitness nut. In fact most conversations I have at the gym revolve around “what’s for dinner” or “have you tried this wine?” Like pretty much everyone I have struggled with my weight and finding balance so when I say I know where you are coming from in this regard I mean it.

I do believe I’ve found a great balance though, between fitness and living. I really do love training, but more specifically I love how training makes me feel, and what it enables me to do; And it’s this balance approach that I try to instil into my students.
